Newborn Care
The first weeks home with a baby are wonderful — and a blur. We walk with you from the first exam through the first smiles, answering questions without judgment at any hour.

- First office visit within a few days of hospital discharge
- Weight, feeding, and jaundice checks on a schedule that fits your baby
- Breastfeeding, bottle, and combo-feeding support

Fever in a baby under 2 months, fewer than 4 wet diapers in 24 hours, or any time your gut says something is off.
Well-Child Visits
Preventive visits built around the AAP Bright Futures schedule — a calm check-in to track growth, development, nutrition, and vaccines from infancy through young adulthood.
What’s included
- Visits at 2 weeks, 2/4/6/9/12/15/18 months, 2 years, then yearly
- Growth tracking and developmental milestone screening
- Nutrition, sleep, and screen-time conversations at every stage
- CDC-recommended vaccine schedule, with time to talk through each one
- Hearing, vision, anemia, lead, and depression screening as appropriate
Sick Visits
When your child wakes up with a fever or a mystery rash, you need answers today — not next Tuesday. We hold same-day slots for acute visits every weekday.
What’s included
- Same-day appointments for fevers, coughs, sore throats, ear pain, rashes, stomach bugs
- In-office rapid strep, flu, COVID, and RSV testing when indicated
- Clear home-care plans with written instructions
- Telehealth follow-ups for simple check-backs
Trouble breathing, dehydration, a stiff neck, or a fever over 100.4°F in a baby under 2 months — call us immediately, or go to the ER.
Behavior & Development
From early speech concerns to teen anxiety, we screen, listen, and help you find a path forward — whether that is reassurance, a plan, or a referral to the right specialist.
What’s included
- Standardized screening for ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression
- Coordination with schools on IEPs, 504 plans, and teacher reports
- Referrals to trusted therapists, psychologists, and developmental specialists on Oahu
- Follow-up visits that go beyond a 15-minute checkbox
Sports & School Physicals
Forms signed, boxes checked, back out the door. We keep the turnaround fast so your keiki doesn’t miss tryouts, the first day of camp, or move-in week.
What’s included
- HI DOE school-entry forms (Form 14, TB clearance)
- Sports and athletic clearance physicals
- Camp, daycare, and pre-college physicals
- Immunization records printed or emailed the same day
- Bundle with a well-child visit when it’s due — one appointment, both needs covered
Parent Support
Parenting does not keep business hours. Between visits, you have a real practice behind you — secure messaging, an after-hours nurse line, and a doctor who calls you back.
